    Send photos of the installed part and the part removed, its position on the machine, the machine model as a compatible-with reference, and any markings. Key dimensions help separate similar parts from different positions. All brand names and model numbers are for reference only; parts are aftermarket replacements, not OEM.

  • What should I send for a quotation?

    Send the part description and position, quantity, delivery destination, and a drawing, sample or dimensioned photos. List associated fasteners or mating parts separately so the supply scope is clear.

  • How is material selected for other parts?

    From the duty the part performs: whether it mainly faces abrasion, impact, load or sealing. Describe the working position and how the previous part wore or failed so a suitable material can be proposed for review.

  • Can you quote from a drawing or a sample?

    Yes. A drawing with revision is preferred; a sample with key dimensions also works. If the part must match a mating component, send that detail too so fit can be checked before quoting.

  • What affects lead time and minimum order quantity?

    Lead time depends on pattern, casting and machining requirements and the agreed inspection and packing. There is no single minimum for every part; both points are confirmed in writing per enquiry.
