Identification notes

The countershaft bushing belongs in the drive housing. The eccentric bushing, upper and lower head bushings, and thrust components occupy different positions. Describe the position as well as the reference when several bushings appear on one repair list.

For the drive, distinguish countershaft 1068633366 from housing 7023408201 and cover 7035912253. Pinion 1036833868 should be identified alongside the mating gear and the installed countershaft arrangement. These are separate order positions; listing them together does not establish an interchangeable set.

Compare the requested scope

Head assembly 7090058000 and gear and eccentric assembly 7090228208 need an agreed component list. State which bushings and support parts are required and ask for exclusions to be shown. A head assembly enquiry should also make clear whether a mantle is required.

Upper head bushing 7015656200 and lower head bushing 1022145975 have different positions. Head ball 7024950500 and socket liner 7035800600 are separate parts of the spherical support. For a repair involving these components, send the existing references and identify the mating surfaces for review.

What should the quotation include?

Ask for each included component to appear on the quotation. Confirm seals, fasteners and other neighbouring parts separately when they are needed. Material requirements, inspection documents, packing and the dispatch schedule should be agreed for the actual order.
