Identification notes

A mantle reference identifies the moving liner. The installed concave and chamber configuration still need to be identified when ordering a liner pair. If you want to keep the current chamber, state that in the enquiry and provide the reference of the liner working opposite the mantle.

Countershaft assembly 949617145100 is a different request from bare countershaft 949628505700. Housing 949628505800 and cover 949638683200 have their own references. For a drive rebuild, list the components you require and ask the quotation to state which are included in the assembly.

Compare the requested scope

Main shaft sleeve 418481 is a separate sleeve. Identify its installed location, end form and mating shaft when requesting it. An enquiry for the sleeve does not include a complete main shaft assembly.

For repeat orders, compare the full references with the accepted previous specification. If a number has changed, keep both numbers in the enquiry with a short explanation and ask for the difference to be resolved before approving the replacement.

What should the quotation include?
